Check your account dashboard to see your current points and distance to the next tier. Tier promotions happen automatically on the 1st of each month.
How is cashback calculated and when is it paid?
Cashback is calculated on your net losses (total bets minus total wins) for the previous week. The percentage depends on your VIP tier. Cashback is credited every Monday by 12:00 UTC. It comes with no wagering requirements and can be withdrawn immediately or used for playing.
Can I lose my VIP tier status?
Yes, tiers are reviewed monthly based on your activity over the past 30 days. If your point accumulation falls below the threshold for your current tier, you may be moved to a lower tier at the start of the next month. However, you'll never lose points you've already earned – they simply expire after 90 days of inactivity.
